Malyki the sales person walked me through all features and options before I decided for the vehicle I was planning to purchase. It actually was fun working with Malyki, a very friendly, uncomplicated and straight forward individual. There was not much negotiation room because the vehicle was recently reduced, but I believe that I still got a decent deal compared to pricing at dealerships around Seattle. More

I needed some service on short notice. While they're service department was booked for weeks, Christina advised that if I drop my truck off, there was a chance they could get to it. She was right! We had a pre-inspection done here and in the middle of no where on our road trip broke down. The after hours mechanic we found in the next town discovered a filthy air filter. An air filter that this place said passed their inspection. The refuse to refund, their communication is terrible. We are now out an additional $600+ and lost all of our Reservations on our vacation because of the delay. Costing us hundreds more in hotels. All we asked for was a refund of our services and they refuse. After researching this company, I have seen tons of reviews with the same complaints. A class action lawsuit seems the only way to get through to this company. More
