I felt understood, supported, and anything but pressured. My Sales Person, Andrew, was kind, knowledgeable, understanding and he seemed as genuinely excited about me getting into my Baby Bronco as I was. As all car deals go, there is some negotiation. Salesmen deserve to be paid for their service and the customer wants a good deal. Right now the car market is a tough one. I was connected with Jeff and right away he started working on my request and was able to find exactly what I was looking for! I to make a service appointment for a squeaking noise on my 2021 F250. I was informed that the closest appointment was over a month out and that there was a warranty recall, given no choice I took it. On my 2021 F250. I was informed that the closest appointment was over a month out and that there was a warranty recall, given no choice I took it. On the day of my service appointment I checked in at 8:00am (the time of the apt) and was told that that the recall work would take 1-2 hours and to expect a total of 4-6 hours. After 7-1/2 hours I called to get a status update. The service rep was unavailable but I was promised a call back. One hour later, with no call back, I called again and was again promised a call back. 20 mins later I finally received my call back and was told that my vehicle was done but they couldn't locate any noise. I had described the noise as a squeaking at low speeds, it was very apparent to me very detectable. The service rep told me that they had fully inspected the vehicle including taking off the wheels and couldn't locate anything. I told them that the noise was very apparent and it seemed like a waste of time. 12 mins later I received a call from the service lead asking me about the noise and describing it as he could detect it. He explained that maybe the original techs didn't know what they were looking for or are hard of hearing. He then asked to keep the vehicle overnight, as he would like to take the wheels off and inspect it, something that was already described to me as done earlier. I was already in transit and needed my vehicle I declined. While receiving my paperwork I was again told that the techs are probably hard of hearing so they couldn't have found it. I got into the truck and my kids and I immediately heard the squeak without moving the vehicle more than 10 feet. I was never given a call back or status update, had to reach out myself multiple times just to find out when I could get my truck. Never offered any apologies for the extreme delay or lack of their techs hearing loss? Horrible experience after waiting over a month and seemingly having the service department do nothing but sit on my truck for a full day. More
