Irving, the car buyer at this location is likes to tell you one thing then change his story. I sold for truck here and was here for 5 hours. The truck was my only line of transport and Irving said they could absolutely get us a ride home, then after we did all the paperwork he said they couldn’t. He got a sales manager to talk to us who was a total jerk about it. He refused to give me his name. Irving took 2 hours to get us the check and by that time the banks were closed for the weekend. Now they’re holding a $500 check from me until they get the title, but yet they’re already selling the truck without even having the title. More

I went to Kendall Ford in Marysville in a bind, needing a car quickly as I was preparing for a move. Other dealerships had asking prices that were significantly over Kelley Blue Book and marked up basic acce car quickly as I was preparing for a move. Other dealerships had asking prices that were significantly over Kelley Blue Book and marked up basic accessories (like CD players and radios)... looking at you Honda of Bellevue. Well, I got to Kendall Ford and was immediately able to see my car of interest. The staff was incredibly friendly, let me take a nice test drive on the spot. Loved the car. It was in great condition, well cleaned, and had no defects. Then came the negotiations, I came in with two viable alternatives and was straight up about cheaper cars with less mileage (older years / less features). Adam and the rest of the staff were reasonable and understanding of the fair market price. Got a mutually fair price, within Kelley Blue Book Range (which feels impossible these days) and a fantastic car for my roadtrip / move. Definitely would recommend Kendall Ford. MY ONLY criticism is the time it took to get to meeting with the financing department - but that was slightly a product of two other customers buying around the same time. Lastly, they even checked out how things were going with the car and roadtrip after the fact via mail and phone call. More

Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was our experience with Andrew & Andrew, they were great and made us feel comfortable and this purchase different than any other up to this point! Highly recommend this dealership. More
