Finally found a 2002 - 2011 ford ranger 4 cal with a stick and XLT option. They seemed happy to sell it to me. I found out why when it was off the truck (internet sale and I live in NW Florida). Aside f stick and XLT option. They seemed happy to sell it to me. I found out why when it was off the truck (internet sale and I live in NW Florida). Aside from the missing paint back of cab and front fascia held together by black duct tape, and massive rust underneath the battery, the semi driver said "the transmission is worn out". How correct he was! Impossible to get into 1st/reverse once stopped. Difficult in other gears. I am a Porsche Club driving instructor so know how to drive a manual trans: its all I own! Took to my mech for a "Post Buy" inspection. He found serpentine belt frayed, wrong fluid in PS , clutch fluid nearly solid, and trans fluid had never been drained - never! Magnetic drain plug was saturated with metal and chunk of the synchro ring came out with the oil. No wonder this truck sat on their lot for almost a year! Anyone who drove it knew right away the trans was SHOT. Of course my calls were always answered with "well, you did not purchase a warranty. Yes guys, but there is an IMPLIED warranty on used vehicles! The implication that major components won't be worn out. SHAME on the Kendall Group! Buyer beware! Drive ANYTHING first that you may want to buy!! More

Our schedules caused us to arrive only an hour before closing, but Mario didn't flinch and patiently showed us some great options with no pressure. In the end, we went home with our brand-new vehicle that evening, feeling that we had been treated fairly without all of the usual typical painstaking deceptive process we've endured at other dealerships. We will definitely think of Kendall first when it's time to purchase our next vehicle! More

They were extremely helpful and informative at every stage of the process and there were zero surprises when I entered the dealership, which let me truly enjoy the experience of buying a new vehicle rather than having to be defensive the entire time. I look forward to providing them with future business as my truck needs service. More

He finally had to get his manager “Daddy” out of his office, to answer simple questions. Like what’s the fuel capacity. Couple days go by and I stop there again and get a different salesman. We go for a test drive and we sit at his desk to crunch numbers. I ask the same question, what’s the fuel capacity. He comes with a ridiculous number and I stand up to leave and of course he says, “oh wait there’s a mistake on the paperwork”. When he returns with the corrected numbers and his manager(who’s trying to make nice, and side tracking me with small talk)it’s suddenly $12k less. He’s still way to high. Don’t fall for these old tricks. Just get up and walk out. Still didn’t get an answer about fuel capacity. I bought my vehicle from a Ford dealer in Eastern WA. Much better to deal with and knowledgeable More
