My experience in buying a new used Ford Escape was very good. I have also looked for a used Ford Escape at other dealers in Portland but I thought Jeff was less "high pressure" than most of the salesmen I good. Also, the business manager, darn, forgot his name, was very nice and went beyond the call of duty answering my detailed and exhaustive questions about interest rates, and car dealer business practices. We brought our 2011 ford ranger in for service and went looking at new trucks. Roy Wright assisted us in looking at what was on the lot. Roy mentioned a 2013 that was marked down to move off the lot. We weren't able to make a deal, that day. We came back a few days later, again to pick up 2011 truck, again looked at the truck that had been marked down. This time we worked with Kevin Peer and we were able to make a deal,basically took the trade in , off the table. We worked with Kevin and then worked with Chad in finance. Everyone that we worked with was courteous, non pressure approach. We would highly recommend Kendall Ford to anyone for a very pleasant car or truck buying experience.
