UPDATE- The General Manager called me and we spoke about the event. I got the impression he was not happy with his service department. My main goal is to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else, someone that isn't able to repair a vehicle on their own. If I was a military spouse who's husband was deployed or someone that just desperately needed a vehicle to get back and forth from work, I may have just paid the money out of desperation. Let us hope this coming out shines a light on some much needed customer service training. Thank you to Jeff Toth for calling me and getting this taken care of promptly.
