This is the worst service department in all of Anchorage! These other good reviews are lies. My son took his car in for recall work and had to call them at 5:30 to see if it was done. He answered all our questions about the truck's features and handled the negotiation in a straight-forward and professional manner. Service department couldn't do 90 minutes of work in 9 hours I live an hour away, travel for work frequently, and made an appointment for a RECALL on my car. Kendall told me their soonest availability was 8 week I live an hour away, travel for work frequently, and made an appointment for a RECALL on my car. Kendall told me their soonest availability was 8 weeks out for this work to happen. I shifted my work schedule around and made sure I was in town and able to accomplish this. Fast forward 8 weeks. I dropped my car off for it's appointment at 9 A.M. today. I call 6 hours later to see the status of my car, thinking maybe they misheard my phone # since they said it was at most 90 minutes worth of work. Just got told it MIGHT be able to get done today, by 6 P.M. That doesn't work for me, so I cancelled. Haley Jackson, the service rep, seemed all to happy to hear that as the outcome. No apologies or explanations offered other than "there was someone in front of you". Again, this was an appointment with 8 weeks of lead time. When I picked up my keys, she said nothing. Maybe I'm crazy, but when I drop a vehicle off for an appointment as early as possible, I don't anticipate 90 minutes of work taking literally 9 hours, with ZERO regard to the customer's schedule or needs. The recall work was never completed, so I guess I'll have to give them another full day of my time to (possibly) accomplish this 90 minute task. More

Kendall's 3 day return policy gives a sense of reassurance and I took advantage to return my 1st purchase (dual pipes are louder on the road than in town if you are not a teenager!) without any difficulty.
