I took my car at 8:00 to see what was wrong with my car. I was early to my appointment. Around 12 I called them to get a update for my car. I was told that Tiana was going to give me a call when she was abl I was early to my appointment. Around 12 I called them to get a update for my car. I was told that Tiana was going to give me a call when she was able to. I never received that call. I called 2 hours later. I was told that my car isn’t been touch and that they may have to keep it over night. Why are you having people set up appointment if you’re not going to honor it. I expect that a Chain Dealership would have better customer service. I wouldn’t be mad if they would of had the courtesy to call me and tell me what going on. I was respectful to both manager that I talked to. Did you think that they would even try to smooth things over. Nope that didn’t even happened. This is not the first time that my car was sent there for maintenance and it didn’t happen. If you don’t have respect for the military then you don’t have much respect for anyone else. I think that they feel a type entitlement because they’re the only ford dealership in town. So now I have two issues that wasn’t addressed because they don’t care about the people. They only care about themselves. So heave my warning don’t bring your car here. The manager are terrible. The service department is terrible. More

The repair was taking longer than initially anticipated, so they authorized a complimentary rental for me while i waited. This shows me that, despite some negative reviews, these folks do care and were willing to make sure that both my vehicle and I were taken care of. More

Air Bags Right... More like Air Heads Brought my MKZ IN 2 times to replace recalled airbag. First time waited six hours (had am Appointment) Second time I dropped it left it all day came Brought my MKZ IN 2 times to replace recalled airbag. First time waited six hours (had am Appointment) Second time I dropped it left it all day came back at 6 to pick it up. I was told they were sorry they did not have the part. Since the experience I have received 4 more notice service request to have the air bag replaced. Needless to say the replacement has yet to be done. Also I requested help with buying a extended used car service contract for my car each time I came in. Each time I headed from no One..... Oh well ........ in Alaska since 1975. Disappointed yet not surprised. More
On short notice, Ann fit me in for an oil change and made an appointment the next day for the 100,000 mile service. This saved me tons of time and logistics since I live in Fairbanks. This is the worst service department in all of Anchorage! These other good reviews are lies. My son took his car in for recall work and had to call them at 5:30 to see if it was done. He answered all our questions about the truck's features and handled the negotiation in a straight-forward and professional manner.
