First I would like to say that this whole experience with Kendall Ford was not all bad. I brought my truck here for some work to be done and it turned into a mess. It was not all their fault as the dealership who I bought my truck from had a very strict warranty process. Well here starts the problem with Kendall Ford, I was waiting on my advisor to finishes up reaching out to a friend at another dealership so it can get billed through my warranty company, after about two weeks of waiting if not more the service manager calls me to tell me that my supervisor advisor has left and they can’t get to his emails to finishes what he started. I would like to say my truck had already been there for almost half of the month of June.. I ended up just called the other dealership and getting everything done for ford to finally give me my truck back. After all of this I tried to let it all go because my truck was a hard case anyways. The biggest problem I have is that they broke a part on the drivers side inside of my truck. It’s pretty much a plastic trim part the holds my seat belt in place. When I picked the truck up, I simply got in and drive away I didn’t look at much. When I got home I get out and the part they broke fell out. When I went to place it on I saw that it was no longer going to stay on due to the fact that the plastic parts holding it together broke. Especially I need to parts to fix it. I call ford back right away and the first advisor I talked to was extremely nice and apologized, the problem I had was when the manager (Tania) called me back and told me I can’t prove they broke it so she we see how much it will cost them but she will not promise they will fix it. This was extremely frustrating to me seeing that I have only had my truck for a little over a year and I take very good care of it. Fast forward to Monday June 27, Tania called me back to tell me they will not pay for both the parts and the labor and we will have to split it 50/50 due to the fact that I again cannot prove they broke it. You see this frustrated me so I told her that I know for sure it was not broken when I dropped it off and that they even took photo and I went over with the advisor everything that I knew was wrong down to the tiny dings.. Tiana tells me that to keep customer satisfaction they always fix’s things they break at no cost but I can’t prove they did it. Let this just be a warning, I understand that accidents happen but you can tell me that for customer satisfaction you always fix what you break at no cost and than try and make me pay half all because you feel I can’t prove I didn’t do it. Overall this has just shown me to take detailed photos before dropping any vehicle off at any place for a service so you don’t get screwed. This would truly only cost them 200$ to fix but instead they just left me feeling untaken care of and honestly really upset. More

Ordered a new Maverick back in September of 21 and was concerned the dealer wouldn’t honor the price agreement we made then. Picked up the truck today and couldn’t be more pleased with how the transaction concerned the dealer wouldn’t honor the price agreement we made then. I had the greatest experience with Kendall Ford! I have serious anxiety when it comes to big purchases and pushy sales-people, so I went in with my guard up, ready to turn tail at a moments notice. My experience there changed my perception of dealerships forever. Their sales manager Adam made me feel comfortable, was clearly interested in what my needs were, and in finding the right fit. I came back in several times before making a decision and was surprised to find that another sales person Michael was just as patient and interested without making me feel like a piece of meat they were tearing apart for a profit. I found the entire process to be super easy, and I can't express enough gratitude to the staff at Kendall, but especially to the two of them for changing my perception of the car buying process. Thank you Adam and Michael for giving me the confidence and peace of mind I needed to finally make that commitment! I couldn't be happier. More
Over the past few months, I had been watching the inventory at Kendall Ford here in Anchorage. I had my eye on a F-150 and a Toyota Tacoma. When I arrived at the lot, Adam, the Sales Manager, came outside and greeted me, which was a kind gesture. I discussed what I was looking for with Adam and he introduced me to Vember, the Sales Professional. Vember showed me a few pickups, to give me an idea of what my options were. I did not want to feel pressured into going astray from my budget, and I discussed this with Vember and Adam. They were understanding and gave me time to walk the lot and think my decision through, before committing to the F-150. This made me feel more comfortable with my decision. Adam and Jordan both helped guided me through the process. They did an excellent job. Jordan helped get me financing and on an affordable monthly payment. If you are looking for a dealership that will answer your questions, listen to your concerns, and will give you time to decide, without feeling pressure, then go to Kendall Ford. They are there to help make purchasing a new vehicle exciting and stress free. Thanks again guys, for helping me purchase my new pickup! Being able to tow heavier loads and having the full-size bed in the F-150, were my selling factors. The V-6 Engine is great for gas mileage, especially since my previous daily driver was only getting 10-12 mpg. More
