Sales and financing did great to get us into a vehicle, but once we left the lot they totally forget about any contractual obligations to the customer. We have had to contact them regarding items we purchased and have yet to receive the items a month after signing the purchase contract. Service department is terrible and the "we owe you" service end is a joke! We wound up having Kendall Chrysler do the undercoating. We will not be dealing with dealership again. We will be referring friends/family to shop elsewhere. More

He kept in touch with us while we were driving up in order to be sure to be there when we got there. We wouldn't be able to drive it home without getting studs put on so Shane worked with Johnny in the service department to support that to happen. Johnny and his manager went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the studded tires on early the next day so we could drive home. That really made a big difference for us, both for time and money. This was not your old fashioned way of hard pressure sales, these folks really showed great personal care. Shane was personable and flexible with us taking our time in reviewing the vehicle and options. I would highly recommend this business. More

Kendall's service changed my mind about avoiding dealerships for non-warranty service. I received frequent status reports from the service manager and the tech went above and beyond in trying to dia dealerships for non-warranty service. I received frequent status reports from the service manager and the tech went above and beyond in trying to diagnose my transmission electrical problem. In the end, they were not able to fix my problem, because my truck was too old and the PCM isn't reflashable, and Ford no longer makes an OEM one. But they spent many hours testing and troubleshooting and calling me with questions and updates, at no cost to me. They weren't able to solve my problem, but it wasn't for a lack of effort. I felt that I was treated like a friend or neighbor, and not just another troublesome customer. I am very pleased with their customer service. More

I am so grateful that they continued thinking of my requests and reached out to me with options and helpful information. Every question I asked they answered without hesitation. If they where unsure they found answers and they weren’t just trying to make a sale. They made sure I felt comfortable with who contacted me and didn’t push for anything but high quality service. First I would like to say that this whole experience with Kendall Ford was not all bad. I brought my truck here for some work to be done and it turned into a mess. It was not all their fault as the dealership who I bought my truck from had a very strict warranty process. Well here starts the problem with Kendall Ford, I was waiting on my advisor to finishes up reaching out to a friend at another dealership so it can get billed through my warranty company, after about two weeks of waiting if not more the service manager calls me to tell me that my supervisor advisor has left and they can’t get to his emails to finishes what he started. I would like to say my truck had already been there for almost half of the month of June.. I ended up just called the other dealership and getting everything done for ford to finally give me my truck back. After all of this I tried to let it all go because my truck was a hard case anyways. The biggest problem I have is that they broke a part on the drivers side inside of my truck. It’s pretty much a plastic trim part the holds my seat belt in place. When I picked the truck up, I simply got in and drive away I didn’t look at much. When I got home I get out and the part they broke fell out. When I went to place it on I saw that it was no longer going to stay on due to the fact that the plastic parts holding it together broke. Especially I need to parts to fix it. I call ford back right away and the first advisor I talked to was extremely nice and apologized, the problem I had was when the manager (Tania) called me back and told me I can’t prove they broke it so she we see how much it will cost them but she will not promise they will fix it. This was extremely frustrating to me seeing that I have only had my truck for a little over a year and I take very good care of it. Fast forward to Monday June 27, Tania called me back to tell me they will not pay for both the parts and the labor and we will have to split it 50/50 due to the fact that I again cannot prove they broke it. You see this frustrated me so I told her that I know for sure it was not broken when I dropped it off and that they even took photo and I went over with the advisor everything that I knew was wrong down to the tiny dings.. Tiana tells me that to keep customer satisfaction they always fix’s things they break at no cost but I can’t prove they did it. Let this just be a warning, I understand that accidents happen but you can tell me that for customer satisfaction you always fix what you break at no cost and than try and make me pay half all because you feel I can’t prove I didn’t do it. Overall this has just shown me to take detailed photos before dropping any vehicle off at any place for a service so you don’t get screwed. This would truly only cost them 200$ to fix but instead they just left me feeling untaken care of and honestly really upset. More
