They will waste your time, energy, and act like they are actually doing you a favor when buying a 50,000+ vehicle. Craziest thing I have ever seen and will warn anyone I can and know to stay away. Go out of State, to another dealer, just don't go to Kendall Ford. I have purchased 10 new vehicles in the last 15 years. This was by far the worst experience. GM don't bother, I'm not going to call you to discuss as it would be more wasted time. You think way too much of your trucks and your price and it will be to your detriment later. A few days later I got my truck back, unfortunately I didn't check the work at the dealership. The reason for my tire rotation was the back tires where wearing out faster than the front, pretty common. When I checked my tires the front tires with the better tread were still on the front. So I called the service department and left a message. No return phone call. The next day called my "rep" and left a message, no return phone call. Another day later I called the service manager and left a message with no return phone call. No one seems to answer there phone or return phone calls there. They don't seem to do the work they charge for either. More

They promised they would have my truck back to me. After several calls to them and left messages for Ross and his boss Andy they finally call me back about 4:00 my truck had not even been pulled in yet. Ross said the purpose of an appointment is just to schedule a drop off time. So I drove to ANC picked up my wife from work. The next day they could not complete all repairs, the DEF tank needed to be replaced under warranty. I picked up my truck and Ross promised me that the parts would be in by late Friday and I scheduled the truck to be fixed on Monday. He assured me it would be completed no problem. I dropped my truck off, Ross told me not to worry it would be done. So I waited about and hour for there shuttle driver to take me to work. After work I began calling and leaving messages for Ross to call me with an update. He called me back at about 4 and told me my truck would not be done since the parts just arrived and his diesel tech decided it was too late in the day to work on it. I told him to find a solution to get me home. He called back awhile later and said they had a loaner car I could use. I called the shuttle driver at 4:20 and he said he had two pickups and then he would come get me. 2 hours later and the shuttle driver did not return another one of my calls. After many calls and messages to Ross they finally sent another service writer to pick me up. What a crap show they run. DO NOT take a diesel truck there. More

At 1245 I went back again to check and my truck had not been pulled into a bay yet and I was informed that they had lost my keys 2 hours before and never informed me. Was almost 4 1/2 hours before a simple oil change was done on my truck. Service department has very bad customer service and a bad attitude. I do not plan on coming back. More

Best used caar buying experience. Wow! This was the best used car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was knowledgeable, honest, not pushy, friendly and easy to talk to. Wow! This was the best used car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was knowledgeable, honest, not pushy, friendly and easy to talk to. The vehicle was in great condition inside and out and priced very well and they even knocked $500 off the price. Even though I don't live in Anchorage, Kendall is paying to get the vehicle detailed and chips in the windshiels repaired when I get the vehicle back to my home town. This was my first time dealig with Kendall Ford and I definitely recommend them and will be paying them a visit the next time I need another vehicle. More

He represents FORD very well in the way he carries himself professionally and his knowledge with SUV. His manager Brian is also very professional, kind and straightforward. Really good team. Last but never the least, Nick of Financing. In the business of me, me, me-Nick’s sincerity, honesty and genuine service from the heart shines through. He is bright, professional and has a very positive attitude about everything. The twin brothers ED and NICK are the real gem in this company. I highly recommend giving them the raise and the promotion they deserve. What they do are service from the heart and it shines through every time they talk with their clients. I will not stop referring clients to ED. There is something pure and sincere about this person that FORD should be very proud of. On a separate note, thank you to Christopher of Parts and Matt- in Service. I’ve been a loyal CAL customer for years and these two were always amazing. They always know how to take care of all my trucks! I am always happy. KUDOS to Ford for having these amazing people. More
Purchased a used SUV for the family. Worked with Joseph! I was interested in a particular vehicle that cal worthington had on their lot. I already looked at a few other vehicles and pretty much had my mind I was interested in a particular vehicle that cal worthington had on their lot. I already looked at a few other vehicles and pretty much had my mind set on what I was going to buy at another dealer but decided to take a look at cal worthington since they had one on the lot. I worked with Joseph, he was SUPER easy to work with. He texted me to work out times to meet, I explained what I was willing to pay ahead of time etc. After I got to cal's, the car was in detail and it took a few minutes for them to bring it out. The exterior was done, but the interior hadn't been touched. The vehicle was in rougher shape than the others I was looking at but decided to take it for a drive and then see if they could work on the price since it was used and older and in worse shape than the one I was interested in at another dealer. I was up front and honest with them, I didn't feel like I was low balling them and let them know if they couldn't make a deal I already had my mind made up the same vehicle on someone elses lot. Within 5 minutes of getting back to the lot Joseph handed me over to Ed and we made a deal at a very fair price. I didn't feel like I was getting a hard sale or treated with a pressure sale. This vehicle was a present for my wifes birthday, Ed threw in a free oil change and a tank of gas. I texted Joseph later and let him know I was coming by with the wife but she had no idea I already purchased it. Joseph met with her and he did a great job! He even made sure the carpets were shampoo'd. My experience with Jospeh, Ed and the financing gentleman were all quick, easy and FAST. If your going to look at a used car and already know what you want deal with this team. These guys rock! Kendall H. More
