I test drove a used car and worked out a deal with the salesman. In the final paperwork it was discovered that they had mistakenly put in the wrong stock number. They came back and told me what happened and gave me a new price on the car. They refused to honor the original deal. They instead offered me the same deal on a much lesser car, the car in error, a car I have never seen. The sales manager was unapologetic and refused to budge in the matter. More
Careless staff My car had stopped working and was brought in to Kendall Ford of Anchorage on 12-18-2018, front desk told us they won't touch my car until 12/24. We w My car had stopped working and was brought in to Kendall Ford of Anchorage on 12-18-2018, front desk told us they won't touch my car until 12/24. We went to the dealership on 12/22 to get something out of my car. The hood of my car was popped open out in the open, only God knows how long it had been open this week's temperature had been below 20 degrees. Was it that hard to close the hood if your done looking at it and open it again when you are ready to work on it. Some people see it to be just a job and not give a xxxx about people's property. This is not right! More

I am sure I am not the only one saying that all the vehicles here are marked at least 10-12 k over its actual value. Also, if you do go here, do the research on the vehicle first and also please inspect the car inside and out because they will not tell you or show you the damages. They will also make you believe that "they do not mark up their prices like other dealers". I know they have to make some profit but ripping me off over 12k was just disgusting, I think. Also, be careful of their finance guy, he will make you believe that he is giving you a discount but the price on the warranties are already inflated over 300% which I think should not even be legal. I made a mistake of not doing my research so don't make the mistake I made. This place is full of crooks and will take advantage of you at every chance. More
Price gouging to the max They wanted $5000 over NADA retail for a vehicle that has some damage. Car Gurus says this vehicle is overpriced more than $12,000!! Not only that bu They wanted $5000 over NADA retail for a vehicle that has some damage. Car Gurus says this vehicle is overpriced more than $12,000!! Not only that but they were only willing to give me less than $7,000 below the NADA clean trade in value of my vehicle which is in pristine stock condition with no issues. Be wary of Kendall!!!! More

Terrible service department Service department I'm not impressed with. Please test things before you give the vehicle back to your customer. I don't have time to drive my car bac Service department I'm not impressed with. Please test things before you give the vehicle back to your customer. I don't have time to drive my car back every week because you can't follow procedures. Not a good way to start off with a new customer who is still within 30 days on their service contract... Oh and also if it's your mistake, give my car wash or throw some fuel in there to compensate me for my time. More

I call after two months to find out about my registration and they will tell me they will call me back, they never did, so with my other services. They argue on the phone instead of listening, different person telling you different things. It’s been five months, I still don’t have my registration. I will never, never, buy anything from this dealer, because of my accent, my nationality they don’t treat you with respect. Josefina Isla Gac More

Sight unseen had the pleasure of Matt Feichtinger helping me with any questions and concerns I had for the long journey to have this vehicle bought and shipped to Colorado. Everything went seamlessly. Matt was awesome, even handling some of the logistics from his hospital bed. A valued employee, that I hope does not go unnoticed. A great little truck upon arrival to Colorado. Was exactly as represented. Thank you again Matt, and the staff of Kendall Ford. Jim in Colorado!!! More
Honesty is the best policy, but it's also the right thing. When I went to Kendall Ford, I had my heart set on a car for which I had already pre-qualified with my bank. Salesman Andrew Hunt took me for a ride i When I went to Kendall Ford, I had my heart set on a car for which I had already pre-qualified with my bank. Salesman Andrew Hunt took me for a ride in the car, and I loved it. I was ready to buy it on the spot. But when I told him that I planned to tow a travel trailer with the car, Andrew balked at the sale. He told me that the car of my dreams was not really the best one for me, if I was planning to tow a travel trailer. Instead, he showed me a vehicle that listed for $10,000 less that would be much better for me, as it had the right engine and transmission and a complete towing package. I bought it and I love it! It is indeed just the right car for me. It is noteworthy that Andrew could have sold me a more expensive car, but the most important thing to him was to make sure that I had the RIGHT car for my needs. That kind of honesty and concern for doing what's best for the customer is rare in this day and age. But that is exactly the kind of honesty and concern for the customer that you will find at Kendall Ford of Anchorage. Their TV commercial talks about "doing the right thing" -- and I can testify that they really mean it. Enjoy your car-shopping visit to Kendall, and ask for Andrew. Mike Haley Anchorage More
Awful sales experience, don't waste your time. Was looking for a new half-ton truck and contacted the Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota dealerships in town using their web contact forms. For ea Was looking for a new half-ton truck and contacted the Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota dealerships in town using their web contact forms. For each, I requested their best possible price on a specific model that I was interested in. That's how I've purchased my last 4 vehicles and it has always worked out exceptionally well. Was assigned Andrew Hunt as my salesman at Kendall Ford. Andrew spent several e-mails and text messages tediously asking me what vehicle I was looking for - despite receiving that information from my initial submission and in my e-mails. Eventually he sent me a link back to the same vehicle I initially sent him. When asked about the sales price, he provided the same price listed on the website and said they could not budge from that. I had a quote from another Ford dealership (in state) for $4,000 less. I informed Andrew of this and offered up ways for him to add value by assisting me with a trade-in or a repair of a Ford vehicle I currently own. Andrew was unable to come up with any options and started inferring that I was cheap and focused on price only. I firmly believe that a dealership will never treat you better after they have your money, than they did before.. Andrew showed me that Kendall Ford is not interested in providing excellent customer service, does not stand behind their products, and is concerned only about their bottom line. I provided feedback on this experience to Andrew's manager, with an invitation for them to contact me. I never heard back. I have since purchased a new truck from the local Chrysler dealership and was extremely satisfied with that experience. Price ended up being more than Andrew quoted me for the Ford vehicle, but the Chrysler dealership offered much better customer service, value, and has a better reputation. I see why so many people complain about our local Worthington / Kendall Ford dealership... it's awful. I spoke with several salesmen at various brand dealerships while looking for this truck - Kendall Ford by far provided the worst customer service and was the least helpful. More
