I don't have time to drive my car back every week because you can't follow procedures. Not a good way to start off with a new customer who is still within 30 days on their service contract... Oh and also if it's your mistake, give my car wash or throw some fuel in there to compensate me for my time. More

I call after two months to find out about my registration and they will tell me they will call me back, they never did, so with my other services. They argue on the phone instead of listening, different person telling you different things. It’s been five months, I still don’t have my registration. I will never, never, buy anything from this dealer, because of my accent, my nationality they don’t treat you with respect. Josefina Isla Gac More
Vehicle purchase long distance I recently purchased a ford f150 from Kendall Ford, Anchorage Alaska. I live in Colorado. Sight unseen had the pleasure of Matt Feichtinger helping me with any questions and concerns I had for the long journey to have this vehicle bought and shipped to Colorado. Everything went seamlessly. Matt was awesome, even handling some of the logistics from his hospital bed. A valued employee, that I hope does not go unnoticed. A great little truck upon arrival to Colorado. Was exactly as represented. Thank you again Matt, and the staff of Kendall Ford. Jim in Colorado!!! More
Honesty is the best policy, but it's also the right thing. When I went to Kendall Ford, I had my heart set on a car for which I had already pre-qualified with my bank. Salesman Andrew Hunt took me for a ride i When I went to Kendall Ford, I had my heart set on a car for which I had already pre-qualified with my bank. Salesman Andrew Hunt took me for a ride in the car, and I loved it. I was ready to buy it on the spot. But when I told him that I planned to tow a travel trailer with the car, Andrew balked at the sale. He told me that the car of my dreams was not really the best one for me, if I was planning to tow a travel trailer. Instead, he showed me a vehicle that listed for $10,000 less that would be much better for me, as it had the right engine and transmission and a complete towing package. I bought it and I love it! It is indeed just the right car for me. It is noteworthy that Andrew could have sold me a more expensive car, but the most important thing to him was to make sure that I had the RIGHT car for my needs. That kind of honesty and concern for doing what's best for the customer is rare in this day and age. But that is exactly the kind of honesty and concern for the customer that you will find at Kendall Ford of Anchorage. Their TV commercial talks about "doing the right thing" -- and I can testify that they really mean it. Enjoy your car-shopping visit to Kendall, and ask for Andrew. Mike Haley Anchorage More
Awful sales experience, don't waste your time. Was looking for a new half-ton truck and contacted the Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota dealerships in town using their web contact forms. For ea Was looking for a new half-ton truck and contacted the Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota dealerships in town using their web contact forms. For each, I requested their best possible price on a specific model that I was interested in. That's how I've purchased my last 4 vehicles and it has always worked out exceptionally well. Was assigned Andrew Hunt as my salesman at Kendall Ford. Andrew spent several e-mails and text messages tediously asking me what vehicle I was looking for - despite receiving that information from my initial submission and in my e-mails. Eventually he sent me a link back to the same vehicle I initially sent him. When asked about the sales price, he provided the same price listed on the website and said they could not budge from that. I had a quote from another Ford dealership (in state) for $4,000 less. I informed Andrew of this and offered up ways for him to add value by assisting me with a trade-in or a repair of a Ford vehicle I currently own. Andrew was unable to come up with any options and started inferring that I was cheap and focused on price only. I firmly believe that a dealership will never treat you better after they have your money, than they did before.. Andrew showed me that Kendall Ford is not interested in providing excellent customer service, does not stand behind their products, and is concerned only about their bottom line. I provided feedback on this experience to Andrew's manager, with an invitation for them to contact me. I never heard back. I have since purchased a new truck from the local Chrysler dealership and was extremely satisfied with that experience. Price ended up being more than Andrew quoted me for the Ford vehicle, but the Chrysler dealership offered much better customer service, value, and has a better reputation. I see why so many people complain about our local Worthington / Kendall Ford dealership... it's awful. I spoke with several salesmen at various brand dealerships while looking for this truck - Kendall Ford by far provided the worst customer service and was the least helpful. More

This was covered by an extended warranty and the work was completed. Almost a month later I began having the same/or similar problem with the same warning lights coming on; only I was 78 miles from the dealership, in the middle of nowhere, with barely a phone signal. I called the dealer and spoke to my customer service rep, Jason Scott, and explained my situation. It was 430 in the afternoon. Within 2 hours 2 mechanics; Art Krymski and George Tauriainen, showed up with their tools. By 715 my car was fixed with NO CHARGE to me!!!! WOW...It is truly amazing to find this kind of customer service in any industry. I am very grateful for the staff at Kendall Ford . More

An appointment does not gua Dropped my vehicle off early (with appt) for diagnostics and am getting told probably won't be done by the end of the day. An appointment does not guarantee that your vehicle will be seen in a timely manner. Also the diagnostic costs 40 more dollars than other dealerships. The worst part was there was a COCKROACH in the service lobby. This state does not originally have cockroaches, and they have only recently been seen. Are they being transported via used cars from the states?? This cockroach was on the waiting couch. More
Horrible communication, poor customer service We scheduled a time/day to take our explorer (that we bought from them) in to get service. We were told that our vehicle would be ready for pickup the next day. Everything went downhill from there. The first excuse was that the part wasn't shipping on time. Then, once the part supposedly arrived, they never got the vehicle back in to fix it. They (Ross and the Service Manager) would not return calls nor would they call to update us on the status. Now, 10 days later, we still don't have our car. Ross said something about renting us a vehicle to use, but hasn't returned a phone call in 2 days to make good on that offer. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM KENDALL FORD. Once they get your money, they do not care about you. Terrible experience. More
