Took my car in for a recall, after waiting several months to schedule this appointment to make sure that all the parts were at the dealer prior to dropping off the car I was told that it would take 2 weeks t to schedule this appointment to make sure that all the parts were at the dealer prior to dropping off the car I was told that it would take 2 weeks to complete the service. After 3 weeks I called my service advisor and left him a messages to which he never responded.. After calling him several more times and not getting any response I asked to speak to the service manager and was told he was busy and I would have to leave him a message as well. This went on for over a weeks and we were unable to get any updates or answers as to why it was taking so long to complete the recall. After over four weeks, we finally decided to show up to the dealer to get answers, and we were told at that time that the car was still waiting for parts, which was not accurate. After pressing for more answers the service advisor told us the car would be ready the next day. Due to this situation and the poor communication on everybody that we were in contact with during this service, we will not be returning to this dealer to either purchase or service a car ever again More
Horrible experience. I took for the 4th time my 2024 Ram 1500 because of a vibration in the real axle when it comes to a stop and after keeping it for a month they came t I took for the 4th time my 2024 Ram 1500 because of a vibration in the real axle when it comes to a stop and after keeping it for a month they came to the conclusion that it is a normal operation for a $55K truck to vibrate???. The vehicle is returned to the customer completely dirty and full of mud and when they say they will wash it for you it means they will just pour some water over it and that is it. Not one my service advisor Lazaro Varas picked up the phone to give me an update on the status of my truck and I never received a phone call back from the General Manager Carlos Rodriguez after leaving 4 messages with the receptionist, making it clear where the lack of customer service is coming from. I have been a customer of Kendall Dodge for over 8 years and I have leased 4 trucks and ever since the new administration took over, this dealership has completely lost their professionalism, commitment, accountability and loyalty towards their customers. Not only I will never go back to this dealership again but I will also never buy another Chrysler vehicle. Perfect example how a bad administration can ruin a company by not caring about their customers, especially those that continued to go back year after year, like me. More
