Worst experience EVER..!! Two weeks after the 1st ever oil change on our new 2017 Jeep Cherokee, the oil ligh came up and we took our car staight to the same service depatrment Two weeks after the 1st ever oil change on our new 2017 Jeep Cherokee, the oil ligh came up and we took our car staight to the same service depatrment. They had let loose the oil filter and we lost the oil...!! After assuring there was no damage to tje engine, they proceeded to change the filter and get new oil .....and WE WERE CHARGED FOR IT. Decieve and lies. Please keep away from this place. More

customer service is awful!!! scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2016 Sahara. The recall says it takes around two hours to complete. when i got there Carlos (service rep) scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2016 Sahara. The recall says it takes around two hours to complete. when i got there Carlos (service rep) tells me that it will take two hours once it gets to the mechanic but that they are so backed up and he can not give me a time frame on when my vehicle can be ready for pick up. I asked him if he had a loaner program and he said no. It felt like he was doing me a favor by being there. Did not offer me any alternatives just very poor customer service neither did Tony (MANAGER) I called Dadeland Jeep and was given a 3 hour time frame and given a rental. don't waste your time with them.
