The worst service ever: I brought my car in for a wheel stabilization issue (the car felt like bouncing at slow speeds). The service manager made me pay almost $200 for only a tire balance and oil change. stabilization issue (the car felt like bouncing at slow speeds). The service manager made me pay almost $200 for only a tire balance and oil change. Since the day after the service, my car was still having the same problem. I took it to the Goodyear dealer, where they told me that the tires were way off balance!! So they fixed the issue at no charge for me. The car has been driving well since then. I now demand a Client relation Manager from your Kendall Jeep dealer to reach out to me asap and refund me for the undone job as at this moment I feel to have been ripped off. So bad, unprofessional and unacceptable experience. More

A lot of fooling around, employees being loud. Not a very professional environment. Oil change took 2 hours. The few times I’ve gone there, I never get any updates on the progress of my service.
