You should immediately refund me for the job not been done. Goodyear has all the inspection logs proving that my Jeep tires were still badly off balance after your apparent service. One more bad thing, the day I brought the Jeep in for service at your shop, the management attempted to sell me more than $1,200 worth of repairs to solve the tire issue. Look at the records. Conversely, Goodyear did not find anything wrong with the parts that your management was pressing me for changing them. This is like a fraud. I hope that you will take an immediate action to refund me. If this won't happen, I will definitely warn whomever needs an advice about your dealer service department. Truly, Alfredo Procoli
