Then when I met with Christian he listened to my concerns about the vehicle. He had all the vehicle information at his finger tips and made some suggestions and recommendations. He was clear about how long the service might take and made sure I was set up in a rental car. He gave me his personal contact information and gave me updates about the service. When I came back to pick up the car he saw me and made sure my car was pulled up and that I was checked out in a timely fashion. I can tell that there is an effort to improve customer service and it shows. More
