I took my vehicle for a oil change service, and I was told my vehicle will be ready in about 1 hour and a half. I was there for 3 hours! The service advisor told me after about 2 and a half hours of been told my vehicle will be ready in about 1 hour and a half. I was there for 3 hours! The service advisor told me after about 2 and a half hours of been waiting that if I wanted to leave and come back another day. He’s excused… “We are too busy…” More
