Incredible service and professionalism in how they treated me. No pressure at all just black or white details. I honestly wasn’t looking to buy another car but they made it so comfortable that I couldn’t walk away without buying a car. Worst experience EVER..!! Two weeks after the 1st ever oil change on our new 2017 Jeep Cherokee, the oil ligh came up and we took our car staight to the same service depatrment Two weeks after the 1st ever oil change on our new 2017 Jeep Cherokee, the oil ligh came up and we took our car staight to the same service depatrment. They had let loose the oil filter and we lost the oil...!! After assuring there was no damage to tje engine, they proceeded to change the filter and get new oil .....and WE WERE CHARGED FOR IT. Decieve and lies. Please keep away from this place. More

A diferencia del Señor Barcelo quien me vendio el carro y despues de solicitarle tips para solucionar el problema del carro nunca me llamo y ademas le envie posteriormente un mensaje al cual el respondio que mi mensaje era hipocrita. customer service is awful!!! scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2016 Sahara. The recall says it takes around two hours to complete. when i got there Carlos (service rep) tells me that it will take two hours once it gets to the mechanic but that they are so backed up and he can not give me a time frame on when my vehicle can be ready for pick up. I asked him if he had a loaner program and he said no. It felt like he was doing me a favor by being there. Did not offer me any alternatives just very poor customer service neither did Tony (MANAGER) I called Dadeland Jeep and was given a 3 hour time frame and given a rental. don't waste your time with them. More
Pisspour service at two Dodge dealers Took my 2009 Dodge ram with transmission problem was told the trans needed to b rebuilt took two months when I got it back had the same problem I took Took my 2009 Dodge ram with transmission problem was told the trans needed to b rebuilt took two months when I got it back had the same problem I took it there for was told now the problem was electrical which was not covered under my warranty so they wanted me to pay four hundred dollars for a diagnosis never go there again and this was after I had the trans rebuilt at Duncan Dodge in key West no faith in Dodge dealers anymore More
