4 hours to do a simple oil change is ridiculous. I requested to rotate the tires and they didn’t. I needed other things to be checked and they said they don’t have mechanics and I would have to make a requested to rotate the tires and they didn’t. I needed other things to be checked and they said they don’t have mechanics and I would have to make a different appointment (I made one for it and the oil change) or leave the car for about a week there.
