It took like a week for my car to get fixed I am not to happy about that. The day I whent to pick up my car It was a long long time in the waiting room not to happy about that. I appreciate an honest service writer. I had electrical issues but only when it rained. By the time I brought the car in it was not acting up. They could not find anything wrong and sent me home with the c issues but only when it rained. By the time I brought the car in it was not acting up. They could not find anything wrong and sent me home with the car without charge, telling me to bring it back when it is not functioning as it should. They could have guessed and charged me for a repair but they didn’t and that speaks volumes. More

Service and follow-up was excellent but parts took way too long. Blame it the current economy or COVID, and I know this was out of the dealers hands, but just too long for parts to arrive. I scheduled my prepaid service online in advance. My appointment was at 1130 am on sunday. Once i arrived the first person that assisted me put my car in line with a number tag on the roof. All good unt appointment was at 1130 am on sunday. Once i arrived the first person that assisted me put my car in line with a number tag on the roof. All good until 3 minutes later when a lady ( don't remember her name, just that she has pretty eyes) approached to me to tell me that the service would take way more than 2 hours and asked if i had somebody to pick me up while the service was done. I got upset. It is unacceptable to schedule and pay in advance for a service and then arrive and receive that notice, just like if your time has no value at all. Well, i stepped into the office and spoke to 2 different agents inside and complained about the way i has treated. One of them even suggested me to go and talk to the mechanic to ask him to expedite my car service( as a favor i guess). Then i got really upset, this city is becoming a banana republic so rapidly... Well, after about 10 more minutes it seems somebody made a call or took action because the same pretty eyes lady came back with a totally different attitude and my car was serviced less than an hour later. Now, my question is: Why do i need to complain and claim you guys to honor your promises. How is it possible that after my complain my truck was taken in and out totally serviced in about an hour??? Was that really true that there was a delay in the services? or is it just that you guys don't feel like to go work properly on Sundays??? Don't you forget that the reason you have a job is us, customers. thanks and i hope somebody reads this inputs. God Bless More
