My truck has been returned to me in less than optimal shape. The engine now runs rough and they say not only is that acceptable, but it is normal once you get a few miles on a Ram 1500. The army mechanics I know all say that if it was back within proper operating specifications it would not shake and run so rough. I am now a commercial as to why to never buy a Mopar product if this is to be expected. More

Disappointed. Was called to replace radio which is not working right and I took truck in. They gave me a loaner. I called several times to ask if it was done and no one responded. I showed up and they told me the radio was taken to another dealer cause they keep it for three days which is not true. Not to mention the lost wages because I took time off from work. More
