Has lots of GM pickups from Canada. Prices in comparison with other dealers were high consistently and they would not deal at all in their listed price. One of the trucks I drove was equipped with after market tire so large they hit the frame on tight turns so had to wonder about the quality. After going thru all above I simply walked out. Bought a truck elsewhere. More

One year ago I traded in my old car and bought a 2019 Equinox from Roy Robinson. A salesman named Ivan helped me with the trade in and told my husband and I that we did not have to do any paperwork to t Equinox from Roy Robinson. A salesman named Ivan helped me with the trade in and told my husband and I that we did not have to do any paperwork to transfer the title for the old car. They assured us that we needed to do nothing with our trade in, that they handled everything at the dealership. Well, fast forward one year later, my husband and I get a phone call from the Everett police department because the car that I traded in was still in my name. The car was purchased by a lady from another dealership, still in my my name for the past year. I am extremely disappointed and upset by this experience and would urge others who are interested in trading in their vehicle here to be very very careful. Yesterday another salesman confirmed that they do take care of everything there at the dealership but are still waiting for a telephone call back to figured out what happened here. More

Bic worked with the sales managers Dok and Butch to locate a vehicle. They were very patient, finding a few options that didn’t work out. Suddenly after 6 weeks we lucked out. Everyone there seemed to know about our search, and made us feel great about the purchase. We appreciate the dedication to helping us find what we wanted. Thank you. More
