Nothing wrong with dealership - it's Chevy. Most of us had our expectation level raised with Japanese cars. We had a defective exhaust manifold and gaskets replaced on our 2008 Chevy Malibu. Service was efficient and timely. Bret provided good communication about the problem and solution. On(10/8/11)took our 2011 Chevy Cruze car in for oil change was told it needed some work they made appt took it back they didnt have the part. Finally after all day long they found a part to put on our car. They treated me like I was a dumb blonde.. I did not appreciate that at all. We will not buy another vehicle from Kendall. plus I wanted some touch up paint for my new chevy cruze they told me I had to buy it you have got to be kidding after we paid cash for our new car they cant give it to us.. I had a very positive experience with these two men, and the rest of the staff also. Any time I called the phone people were friendly and connected me to the right department without a long wait. I was shopping on-line this visit, and was also trying to shop for my Grandson. I started my visit with Mike Morrow this time. He was quick to grasp just what I needed, and emailed me quite a few vehicles to choose from. Then I started with Larry Schambler. My Grandson Jeff had changed his mind and wanted a small 4WD SUV. Larry immediately changed course and without any trouble or wait, he emailed me a list of SUV's as well as other cars that waere in Jeff's Price Field. He kept in contact with me often and tried to get financing for us. I was co-signing for Jeff, to help with Credit Rating. We were unable to get Financing, even though they kept trying and trying and trying. Although we couldn't make a deal, I was impressed with the help I received. I might add here, that Mike and Larry were instrumental in getting me into a car of my choice, one year ago. The job wasn't easy. They had to inquire all over for the car I wanted and bought. I came away with a very good feeling about the deal. I was even more impressed this time. They acted like they were as disappointed as we were. We didn't get the vehicle, but we both could tell, it wasn't for a lack of trying on their part. This dealer ship and these people are very, very, good. I would recommend them to anyone. More
