We do have compassion for all of our clients when faced with an unexpected repair and do our best to offer solutions in each situation. When it comes to a high-voltage battery replacement, our factory-certified technicians are required to attend special certification courses to achieve an additional level of certification that allows them to perform the work. When a high-voltage battery needs to be replaced, we do not recommend any option other than a manufacturer-approved replacement battery that is replaced by a factory-certified technician.
