There is always a lack of communication when I make a appt. I always have to talk to at least 3 people and go over the same thing, and placed on hold 10-15 min and passed around like a ball. When I checked in ONLY to get a new set of keys, ( which I driver 25 min to the dealer one way) it still wasn't all squared away, but my service person (Kevin Grube) was very helpful and got it figured out- even though he should of had all that when I checked in. But he was great! More

This is the pace to go if you are looking for a new vehicle. The technicians are friendly, courteous and informative. The estimated time for service was beat by 15 min and I got to recharge my EV at vehicle. The technicians are friendly, courteous and informative. The counter staff is very polite and helpful. I was just in for an oil change. Unfortunately they failed to set the tire pressure. Disappointing because the only two things OnStar said was wrong I was just in for an oil change. Unfortunately they failed to set the tire pressure. Disappointing because the only two things OnStar said was wrong was I was due for an oil change and the tire pressure needed set low air in both back tires and one front. More
