New car purchase that was effortless and rewarding I researched new cars on the web and found the exact car that I wanted. I went to Edmarks and was put in contact with Nico Acosta. After looking at I researched new cars on the web and found the exact car that I wanted. I went to Edmarks and was put in contact with Nico Acosta. After looking at some used cars that they had, I decided that I would rather go with a new 2016 Chevy Cruze LT which I had found on Edmarks website. Nico pulled up the information on it and started the purchase process. Not only did he get me every discount that Edmarks/Chevy had available, he also asked about my membership to my local credit union and secured a loan through it. He then asked about my Costco membership and processed the paperwork which awarded me a $700.00 cash card from Costo's Auto Program. This car had not arrived at Edmarks yet, still in shipping. Nico took me to their shipping section and found that the car would be delivered the next day, a great relief to me as I needed the car as soon as possible to get to work. Not having a car available to me, Nico loaned me his personal car to unload all my personal stuff from my old car and take it home. When my car arrived on 12/22/15 (my 65th birthday), Nico personally delivered it to me at my home. He took over a half hour of his time to go through all the features on it, help me get registered with OnStar and make me feel completely comfortable with my new purchase. Usually when I bring it in to the dealership for any type of work done, it's returned to me washed and cleaned. I was surprised that it wasn't. As someone who has worked in the Customer Service field many years I know it's small things you do for the customer that show sincerity and result in repeat business. I'll return for another oil change. But if it's the same then I'll probably start going to Peterson Chevrolet for business. More
