Sales service was good, not a lot of pressure. Trade-in value was very good and thier trade-in evaluation process is more thorough than the several other dealers I experienced. My salesman was new and a bit green, but very nice and accomodating. The overall experience was quite good despite the large size of the dealership. More
Edmark always goes above and beyond when dealing with their customers. I call for an appointment and scheduled within the day or a couple of days. They greet you at the door and have someone available their customers. I call for an appointment and scheduled within the day or a couple of days. They greet you at the door and have someone available to take you home or you can sit and wait. Then they arrange to have the driver pick you up again when your car is done. This visit was a redo of a problem last year so it didn't cost me anything. I will continue to do business with Edmark. More
I purchased a car from Edmark Superstore 2/26/2006. When I purchased my car they offered me the extended warranty. I was not going to purchase it since my car still had a factory warranty on it up to 50,000 I purchased my car they offered me the extended warranty. I was not going to purchase it since my car still had a factory warranty on it up to 50,000 miles. But after the salesman told me that if I did not use this I would receive a full refund of the purchase price $1684. I had brought someone with me to purchase my car and he also remembers them telling me this. We talked with the salesman that I could use that money towards a down payment on another car. I also purchased the maintaince policy and used that with no issues so I never thought twice about it. Until yesterday when I called Edmark to inquire about my refund since my warranty will be up 02/28/11. I wanted to make sure I did not have to jump through hoops to get my refund. I was then told that I did not have this certain paper in my file that states I was to get a refund and with out this one paper I was out of luck. I went home to go through my copy of paperwork to find I was not given that paper either. I then turned to the internet to find that several people have complained this same stunt has been pulled on them. More

I purchase a vehicle from Edmark in 2004 as well as the extended warranty that was 100% refundable if the warranty was never used in 6 years or 75,000 miles. I never used it and was way under 75,000 miles extended warranty that was 100% refundable if the warranty was never used in 6 years or 75,000 miles. I never used it and was way under 75,000 miles, only to find that the finance manager who did my paper work and sold me on the extended warranty because of the money back gaurantee did not give me the papers to sign for my refund. I'm told this is my fault for not having the papers and tough luck. A company is only as good as their word and so not only are they losing my trust, but all the service/maintence on my families vehicles. What ever happened to the customer is always right, standing by your product, or admitting when your wrong. More
No hassle, lowest price, under blue book retail and just a little above trade in value... They are not afraid to show you the blue book value, trade in, retail etc. I didn't feel pressured, nice environment a little above trade in value... They are not afraid to show you the blue book value, trade in, retail etc. I didn't feel pressured, nice environment, friendly people. I like the fact that you pay the same price for the same vehicle if your the 1st person or the 50th. You don't have to go head to head to try and get the best price.... what you see is what you pay... its great.... I shopped several dealers local and out of state. Couldn't beat the price. ... Great experience. More
I bought a truck from Edmark three years ago. At the time the price on the vehicle was great with their one price policy. I had a renewed faith in auto sales. However, I spent the last couple of weeke time the price on the vehicle was great with their one price policy. I had a renewed faith in auto sales. However, I spent the last couple of weekends working with Ben on a truck deal. With GMC just releasing the 2500HD, I could understand why the "Our prices are posted in every vehicle!" policy wasn't standing up. However this past weekend, I noticed that they were still not posted and having my brother get a quote on the same truck, I noticed that their prices fluctuate on how well you sell your interest in the vehicle. I also noticed that the sales tactics of old have returned with the high-pressure scripted BS that usually leaves one excited about their purchase but sickened by dealing with so called professionals who would sell out their own mothers for an extra $250.00 in profit. The biggest problem is that I don't blame the salesmen who are busting their humps to make a living but rather the general mangement of the business for allowing such activity to take place. One final note; the turnover at Edmark is tremendous. Either the salemen overshoot the standards of poor business ethics or the work release programs that they are on prohibit doing a lot of the same things that put them in prison to begin with. I find that the best type of people to manage car sales at Edmark are typically found in large urban areas distributing crack to babies. More
