I did purchase a new Equinox from another dealership a couple of years ago due to that vehicle not being available at Edmark, and had nothing but problems from the time I started with the salesperson, all the way through the problems with the service department. We came in to get 2 new remotes for our car and started look at a booklet about our new can now. I usually avoid big dealership because of obnoxious salesmen but to my surprise Sabastian was very pleasant and very knowledgeable towards the vehicle.
