This is the second Kia we have purchased within 15 months. We bought a 2012 Sportage in June 2012, but we always felt we wanted a bigger car and had been thinking of a Sorento or a Ford Edge. We have a friend that has an older Sorento and just loves hers. We visited the Ford dealership and looked at the Edge, then off to the Kia dealership. Kia's quality outdid the Edge's features for the price we were willing to pay and the features we wanted. Our salesman, Tucker Brock, made this visit 100% better than our first. He listened to our list of needs and pointed out the full details of the Sorento, which more than fullfilled our list. We were not in any hurry to change cars, but Tucker listened and Preston Worley worked on getting discounts and a great interest rate. Misty Samson took us thru the signing with full explanations, and appreciatively, a sincere smile and caring way. We thank all and will share our experience with friends and family - and certainly will share Tucker's name to anyone going to Edmark. He is awesome. Upon learning that I live 3.5 hours away, Bill Weaver, the service writer got me in that same day to look at my truck. Received a recall notice on my Kia and being new to the area we selected Edmark because of their visibility in the community. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. They did and oil chan area we selected Edmark because of their visibility in the community. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. They did and oil change for us and inspected the vehicle to let us know if there were any problems. Justin ordered the part in a timely manner and contacted us immediately to schedule the warranty repair. We have owned two Kia's and will definitely return to Edmark when we are ready to purchase our third! More
This is my second purchase from Edmark Chevrolet. My first was Silverado 1500 Extended Cab in 2001. Today is was a 2013 Malibu. They are pleasant to work with and even after the sale. Dave was awesome to work with. Dave explained a lot of financing options and worked really hard to get us in a quality used car at the price we wanted. The entire staff was very friendly;very helpful and even though I felt out of place they made me feel at home. Shelly and Mr. Bill went out of their way to ensure that I used the proper route in order to ge though I felt out of place they made me feel at home. Shelly and Mr. Bill went out of their way to ensure that I used the proper route in order to get back to Biloxi Mississippi with all the snow and snow storms that were out there in different areas. Shelly even ask me to call her to give her updates of my location as I traveled. I served in the Military for many years traveled all around the world; bought plenty cars and never ever experienced what I did at Edmark. During my recent visit and purchase I meet Terril Waler, Salesman. He was very upfront and nice. Showed me all the vehicles tha I asked about and gave me all the information that I requested. While I as there looking at vehicles and Terril was looking up information for me I meet the owner and he took time out of his own schedule to answer any of the questions tha I had about the vehicles and his lot. I was and still am very impressed with how Edmark Cheverolet was run and how the employees handeled themselves. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and just talk with these guys. They are awesome to say the least. At least Terril and the owner whom I worked with are. The engine light came on so I had to leave my car overnight for testing. As a result I had to have a courtesy vehicle to get me by. Edmark furnished me with a new vehicle which I used for three days overnight for testing. As a result I had to have a courtesy vehicle to get me by. Edmark furnished me with a new vehicle which I used for three days while mine was being tested. I appreciated this and was very relieved to find they were able to find the source of the problem. I hope the problem was solved and that I will be able to return for maintenance only in the future. More
