The entire staff was very friendly;very helpful and even though I felt out of place they made me feel at home. The engine light came on so I had to leave my car overnight for testing. As a result I had to have a courtesy vehicle to get me by. I did purchase a new Equinox from another dealership a couple of years ago due to that vehicle not being available at Edmark, and had nothing but problems from the time I started with the salesperson, all the way through the problems with the service department.
