While the sales rep was nice enough and really listened to what I was looking for, I spent a total of 7 grueling hours working through the buying process. I had my 11 year old daughter with me. it got so bad at one point, the sales rep had me take the new vehicle we were considering and just leave for a few hours. I asked him to please call me with the financial options and when he did call he said there were too many and to just come back in. I then spent the next 3 hours getting little bits of information at a time. The accessories guy was awesome but I still havent seen the actual list of the add-ons I chose, just a blanket "$2500" number. That might be a great deal or could be a total rip off, I dont know because I didnt see any itemized list. Also, they completely low-balled my trade offer which was not warranted. The 2007 Toyota Tacoma I was trading in was in great shape and Kelly Blue Book listed an "average" trade in price at $16,500 but they wanted to offer me $14K until I complained enough and they upped it to $15K. I should have stuck to my guns and gotten what I deserved for it and thats my fault. By the time I actually saw docs and the first time I saw any details about my lease, my daughter and I wanted out of there so bad I only took a cursory look to make sure the main numbers were correct and signed. While I love the truck and I feel the price of the vehicle was fair, I disliked the process and when I woke up this morning and reviewed my lease docs, felt taken advantage of on the trade and am hoping they will be doing the exact accessories I had chosen. More

My wife purchased her New car at this dealership, we had a OK buying experience, when it was time to trade in my old Chevrolet we went back to This dealership, again buying experience was OK on a new Chevro a OK buying experience, when it was time to trade in my old Chevrolet we went back to This dealership, again buying experience was OK on a new Chevrolet Truck, the salesman told us we would get a gift card to Texas Road House for coming back to this dealership, we never received it, when I confronted the dealership, they told me that the salesman needed to be the same on both vehicles sold, What a crock, after spending 60k on new vehicles in the last year, this dealership cant even fess up a nite out for dinner. I will not being going back to this dealership for parts/service/vehicle purchase ever. More

Tim was great and very helpful without being overbearing. First went to Kia dealership in Boise but was not able to be seen the same day. I called the Nampa dealership and was able to bring it in and have it looked at. Found out the oil pan was leaking, as expect be seen the same day. I called the Nampa dealership and was able to bring it in and have it looked at. Found out the oil pan was leaking, as expected, and was able to get it in to be fixed the same day. Justin was courteous and very helpful, thankyou Justin( also, thankyou to his partner, Im sorry I forgot his name, but he was equally courteous). He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I like the fact there is cookies, soda, water. and television for the guests. Very different from the experience recieved at the Boise dealership. They have something to learn about service. What a great place in Nampa to get car service. I was taken to Boise by a courtesy vehicle ride....gracious for the lift...that is a long drive from Nampa to drop off and to be picked up later. The oil leak was fixed in 5 hours. I was picked up on time from my place by the courtesy driver and taken back to Nampa to pick up the vehicle. I drove it home and after the courtesy driver left I checked the oil dipstick. The dipstick looked very "clean" and looked like no oil was put in the vehicle. I called the Nampa dealership and talked to a courteous service manager named Craig.and he apologized but wished to make things right. I took it back to Nampa and Craig and his lead technician was quick to respond and checked the oil dipstick. They taught me how the oil dipstick is read and how someone could easily mistaken that there was no oil in the vehicle because the oil is so clear and not dirty. Oil is almost invisible unless shined in the sunlight. Thankyou for the taking the time to teach on reading the oil dipstick. Thankyou very much on seeing the vehicle on short notice. Im sorry Boise but Nampa will be my place to go for working on my Kia. More
We have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 3 yrs from Edmark. We love our Kia Optima. We had to turn it into service to have the panoramic roof replaced. I was refused a replacement vehicle for what ended up being 8 days. When I spoke with Kia's main office I was told that was the dealers discretion. The choice made will result in myself and our families no longer purchasing from Edmark. More

Stopped in Edmark to just look at the Chevy Spark, and ended up buying one. The first person I talked to was Mike and he was very nice to talk to and knew everything I wanted to know about the car.
