Brought in my car for some minor service, at first their was a disagreement, but was solved fast, would of not got that from Peterson (!), as I've been their & the service was not near as friendly through P was a disagreement, but was solved fast, would of not got that from Peterson (!), as I've been their & the service was not near as friendly through Peterson (Manager in a training appointment & can't help you today.. wow "really"), not like with Ed-mark, the Service center was much more friendly & willing to help me, with out asking for money or pushing a sale (the manager was not far away & was on top of my issue quickly) this is how a dealership should be, specially for a new customer, would have gave five stars for every category, but some of the scoring I gave was based on how I would rate a 5-star, place, any place.. the lowest score was price, but for a dealership, for OEM products, one (-1) was availability..of parts for the price, the part should be in-stock/at the store.. one (-1) is matching any price found, from any place of business, sadly I also found out, some work is resourced out (meaning they don't do the work them self's) or have the part checked at their store before it goes to the place its getting done through, the part is shipped to the place that does the install of that part, witch seam's a waste of time & money, put on the customer or out of customers pocket., so Price was a 3 for Ok. Customer care I rated a 4 for Good.. if the confusion was stopped right at the beginning and solved, it would have been a easy 5 for perfect ! Quality of work, I rated a 4 for Good.. the tech that worked on the peace did minor damage, nothing big, most wouldn't even notice, I didn't at first til I looked closer and after I was home.. so it would have been a 5 for Great/perfect but part of that is my own fault for not saying any thing after I seen it & the dealership (I'm sure of), would have had no problems taken care of the issue. Please note: I'm very picky person & a bit OCD.. as I'm sure, most customers are not as picky as I am or OCD, hope this review helps. More

We are very happy with the relationship that developed as we considered buying a new car. We met Derrick at the dealership and explained that we were not ready to buy yet but were serious about acquiring a we considered buying a new car. Great experience. Salesman was helpful and easy to work with. Enjoyed working with employees at Edmark. Didnt feel preasure of having to purchase vehicle. I drove up to this dealer from Fresno, CA on a recommendation from my father. I bought a 2014 GMC Terrain and love it! The price was right and all the staff and sales force were terrific!
