7500 mile check and recall Marcy is like a mother hen when its comes to customer service. She makes sure everything is right. The only reason I gave quality of work a "4" was because there was a little puddle of oil under my car the next day. It really worried me. Took it back to be checked and found that when the oil was changed some was spilled on the frame. Other than that , the service was great and completed on time. More

From the moment we started our car buying experience with Ivan and Edmark, we had no need to worry. We got a great deal and have felt better and better about our choice the more we visit. Edmark has kept us informed and taken care of us from day one. They have handled everything with exceptional service and care. Even though we live in Boise, My husband and I like visiting the Nampa location for the servicing of our vehicle. Even my 14 year old loves to visit the Nampa location when we go to have the care pampered. The people are great, we love looking around the lot and talking to everyone. I think we will stay with Edmark with our new car and for our next. I have to give a special shout-out to Samantha in the Service department for being so wonderful with us when we visit.
