I made an internet inquiry and received a phone call the moment the dealership opened in the morning. When I arrived I was immediately offered a test drive of the car I had selected, and then the deal was just no hassle. I felt welcome and knew the folks at Edmark actually cared about getting my business. And I saw lots of other customers around me who were receiving the same courteous, friendly and professional treatment. And the price of my car? Can't be beat! My family are amazed. Thank you, everyone at Edmark! More

Overall good experience Dave Louie was very knowledgeable and responsive. There were a few twists and turns along the way but I always felt comfortable with the process. I was treated fairly and Dave spent an hour showing me how all he equipment worked inside the car. I have bought many new vehicles in the last 20 years and that was the first time any sales person bothered to do that. Really made a difference. More
Very unhappy when my car was returned! I was very upset with the condition my car was in when I received it. It was VERY dirty from sitting for 2 months! I was provided with a great rental I was very upset with the condition my car was in when I received it. It was VERY dirty from sitting for 2 months! I was provided with a great rental while my car was in the shop due to a recall on the Chevy Cruze, (although that was recalled as well). I had to drive back and forth at least 6 times and I live 30 minutes away, on top of taking time off of work to do so. When I finally went back almost 2 months later, I found there were scratches on the handles that I can guarantee were not there before as nobody uses the car but me. Customer Service was excellent except for this. I was told to go back on a Tuesday or a Wednesday to take a look at the scratches (another 30 minute drive there and back and more time off of work) so we will see what happens from here! More

We were very pleased with the service, cost and overall friendliness of the dealer and the team that worked on our car and especially are greatful for the honesty of the staff!! More

My husband hates to buy a new rig all the paperwork is a pain but, because of Ivan and Mike he really didn't mind. Ivan is friendly and knowledgeable a real gem as a salesman. He made the experience of buying a pleasure. Mike was great on getting the financing we wanted. He understood what we were after and had the financing done in no time. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will come back. We will highly recommend this dealership and Ivan and Mike. A Wonderful experience. More

They return calls if they say they will, which is not the norm; generally a person has to leave more than 1 message. They are both polite, honest, and genuinely helpful; even when I don't agree at first. They explain different options so that it's my choice. More
Too much time I called in about a safety recall in April. I was told it was ordered and would take two weeks. At three weeks I called back and someone told me it could take four to six weeks because GM was "backed up" and it "shouldn't be that big of a deal if I haven't experienced problems." Keep in mind...this is a SAFETY recall! At five weeks I called back and was told the part was re-ordered and would take an additional two weeks. Finally, at eight weeks from my original order date I called again. I was once again told the part was ordered. A gentleman called a few days later and told me my part was in and that I could schedule an appointment for the ignition replacement. I was told it would take 1.5-2.0 hours to complete. I scheduled it for the next morning and dropped my vehicle off at 9:40 AM. The check engine light came on a few days later and I asked the gentleman if they could read the codes. He said they could and it would be done around noon. At 12:30 PM I called back and was told it would be completed at 3:00 PM. At 3:40 PM I called back. He told me what the codes were for and said there would be a diagnostic fee. I inquired what the fee was ($75!) for if I could take it to AutoZone or NAPA and get it done at no cost. He explained they did a diagnostic test even though I thought they were just attaching a code reader. He also informed me my vehicle was done. When I got there he had zeroed out the charge since I wasn't aware of it and didn't agree to it. It also took about 5-10 minutes of my keys to be brought to the front and my vehicle pulled out. At this point, I was more satisfied with the service because the guy tried to help but it was still frustrating that it took almost two full months for the part to come in and that something I was told would take 1.5-2.0 hours took six. More
