Once the dealer verified the problem (no codes were being set) they ordered the part, which came in the next day and we scheduled an appointment. It took longer than was expected but was finished the same day. One important note, I purchased this car from Peterson Buick in Boise and had many problems with them. I had to get Buick Customer Service involved and eventually turned in all my contracts. Edmark Superstore has welcomed me and taken care of two problems under warranty as though I had purchased the car from them. Edmark saved our vacation!!!! On Friday at 4:00 PM we realized something was leaking on our 2011. We ran it up to Edmark to see if they could take a look and they immediately took On Friday at 4:00 PM we realized something was leaking on our 2011. We ran it up to Edmark to see if they could take a look and they immediately took it back onto the lift and within 20 min diagnosed it was a bad water pump. Although this repair was under warrenty they said that their service department was full for tomorrow (Saturday). When I explained the situation (we were leaving on Sunday for a week vacation pulling our tent trailer (so we needed our Traverse) they went back and said they would do their best to squeeze it in on Saturday. They had it fixed (under warranty!) by 12:00 PM the next day! THANK YOU EDMARK you SAVED OUR VACATION!!!!!!!!!! More
