Disappointed I recently came in to buy a vehicle. I should have been the easiest sale, I knew what I wanted I was pre-approved by my own bank and all I needed was I recently came in to buy a vehicle. I should have been the easiest sale, I knew what I wanted I was pre-approved by my own bank and all I needed was the sale to be completed. I worked with one salesman who was going on vacation. After signing all the paperwork, I contacted the finance department the next day and did not receive a call back. After calling again, another finance manager told me he knew nothing about my car deal and was very rude. I had the sales manager contact me stating it was because I decided to go with my own bank and that was my problem. When I stated I was upset and I was coming into talk with the general manager he said I guess you figured it out and hung up on me. When I spoke with the general manager he assured me "there were too many hands in the cookie jar." When it was time for delivery of my car, the salesman he had set up to show me my car stated "Im busy with someone else." So Im standing there after just spending $22000 and nobody wants to show me my car. I was in tears and the general manager tells me "Well im not making any money off of this deal so why don't we just shred your paperwork." Wow!!! My car was supposed to be ready at 5pm for delivery and I sat there until 630 when I finally was shown a few features of my car and I left. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership! More

Only shop Edmark We have bought 2 cars from Edmark. Before we bought the second one we shopped around and had horrible experiences everywhere else.
