Headlights on new GMC Sierra At this point my new 2014 GMC Sierra is so new I really don't have enough foundation to accurately rate the pickup or the dealership. I do have a ver At this point my new 2014 GMC Sierra is so new I really don't have enough foundation to accurately rate the pickup or the dealership. I do have a very big issue with the headlights on this vehicle! They are absolutely inadequate (maybe unsafe is a more accurate description). I've been back to the service dept. 3 times now to try and get the issue fixed (for me this is about a 165 mile round trip - plus the time away from business). Finally, I realized after talking to service people and accessories folks that this is an issue they can't fix without an expensive "after market kit". I also know now that is an issue service and accessories is very aware of - many other folks have complained. I ended up buying an LED light bar for $557.06 (installed) to help the problem. The problem still exists on low beam as the light bar has to be off in traffic. More
POOR service Brought my 2011 Terrain in for a recall. Was there 15 min early. It took short of 4 hours to get my car out of shop. One of the worst experiences that I have ever had a any dealership!! Will never return for any work at this place. Was going to buy a new car in spring will not be there. More

Very Happy Customer We have purchased two vehicles from Ed Marc and have been very satisfied with the customer service. I recently had my 2014 Acadia Denali serviced and We have purchased two vehicles from Ed Marc and have been very satisfied with the customer service. I recently had my 2014 Acadia Denali serviced and the staff was very freindly and accommodating. I had a selt belt recall, oil change and tire rotatation performed. I ask if they could was the car for me as we had just come through a snow storm (we live in Elko Nevada) and the roads were really messy. Marcy, made sure the car got washed for me. The service process is very painless and quick. I have had just my oil changed at another dealer in Elko and I can anticipate waiting an hour or more. My husband and I choose to come to Boise for our service rather than have it performed in Elko due to the quality of service. Thank you, More

I loved that car and had excellent service and sales by Tim Laming and because of that I came back yesterday (1/12/15) and purchased a 2015 Kia Optima! Again, I got stellar service and sales from Geoff Jones. He was on point, knew what he was talking about, and had all the knowedge necessary to get me into the car I truly wanted. Very satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend the dealership, him and his staff! Thanks guys! More
Cigarette smoke smell in my new truck Marcy is great, and she is the reason I will come back. However, if this happens again, I won't come back to Edmark. When I picked up my truck from the shop and climbed in the cigarette smell was so strong. I don't smoke and don't appreciate someone else smoking in my truck. This is a new 2014 truck.. I drove half way home with my windows down and heat on. Disgusting and not acceptable! More
Customer Service I have been working with Bill in service for the past 3 years and have always been satisfied with my overall experience. I recently had an oil leak dyring the new year holiday and didn't have an appointment but when I phoned Bill early Friday morning he said bring it in in and he would have someone get to it. I was pleasantly surprised when he had it looked at and done by 2 that same day. Bill has always gone above what I expect. More
