We didn't feel any pressure or overselling-- Matt listened to what we wanted in a new car and helped us find something at a price range we were comfortable with. We are looking forward to meeting with the new car specialist to get a one on one session learning about the features of our new car. WE loved the no haggle pricing-- seemed very straightforward and that's big reason we are comfortable with Edmark. We've been customers of the service department working with John for over 4 years and he has always taken great care of us, so we felt comfortable choosing Edmark as the only dealership to shop our new car. No comparison between BEFORE & AFTER the sale It's amazing how different customers get treated before they buy vs. after they hand over the money. Nothing changed about me, so the only explanation I can offer is they simply don't care about you any longer after you have signed on the dotted line. I have zero expectations that they will ever proactively attempt to resolve my "problems" that THEY created. Days go by with no one returning a call. Promises to get back to me are never kept. Doesn't matter how great the selection is, how good the prices are, how easy and even fun the experience to buy is. What matters is AFTER the sale, and in that department Edmark deserves less than a star rating. The bottom line is that they have repeatedly failed to treat me in the same exact manner in which they would like to be treated if the relationship were reversed. More
Would never go back My experience with Edmark was anything but good. I originally went in to purchase a used car I had seen online. I had a very strict budget to stick wi My experience with Edmark was anything but good. I originally went in to purchase a used car I had seen online. I had a very strict budget to stick with and they did not have a lot of options. I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox, test drove it a little bit, should have taken it on freeway but I don't know if that would have mattered. As we were bargaining I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee to trade in but of course they were giving me nothing for that for the great shape it was in. At the end of our bargaining I said I would have preferred to buy the Equinox and keep my Jeep to sell on my own and that's what we shook on. Tom McDonald my salesman came back saying no the banks wouldn't let me do that. I said then we probably should call it off, I did not want to lose that much on my trade-in. Well he looked at me like I was totally stupid, did his whole salesman gig, almost like a tantrum and talked me into giving up my Jeep for trade-in which they turned around and put on lot for $3500 more than what they gave me and I'm sure they didn't have to do one thing to it. On to the Equinox now. On day #6 the oil light started going on, car started stalling, Turns out it was the head gasket and who knows what else was wrong with it. I don't believe they even looked at the car before they put it on the lot. Originally they wanted me to split a $2000 repair bill for a car I purchased 6 days ago. It took a week to bargain this out. They were not going to give one inch. Wonder how this salesman would feel if it was their daughter or wife going through this. Oh and the salesman actually talked me out of purchasing warranty because it was supposed to be a good car. So now I'm locked into this dealership, They won't give the Jeep back they won't repair the Equinox, I'm stuck. After bargaining with the owner, he said they would still sell me the warranty and they would fix what was wrong at that time. I debated on that but was leery of getting stuck with a car that had that much major work needed already when there was obviously other things wrong with the car when I had someone else look at it. So now what to do, my options were very limited, I wanted out of the deal and the Jeep back but xxxx no, they were going to make too much money on the Jeep. The only thing they could come up with so they don't lose any money was to sale me a new Kia Soul that they had a ton to get rid of. Don't get me wrong, I love the Soul, its out of my price range, I will be strapped for the next 6 years. They did not lower any cost, would not even throw in a free oil change. The salesman made out like a bandit. All's they cared about was making a buck. Something I thought that was interesting too was how they said the bank wouldn't let me finance Equinox and keep my Jeep I was paying on and the Kia amount added up to more than that and the payment was more that both put together, of course they say they have no control over that, I don't believe that for one second, It was a ploy to keep the Jeep and make some fast money. Bottom line---- Stay away, stay very far away from Edmark Superstore, they don't honor bad cars they sale, they did not go over and above after all the hassle I went through. I know a lot of people really like them, maybe it was the salesman. It all leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. More

Recall Service Brought in 2011 SRX for inspection for the recall pertaining to power seat height adjuster bolt. Part was ordered after this inspection. As promised, Brought in 2011 SRX for inspection for the recall pertaining to power seat height adjuster bolt. Part was ordered after this inspection. As promised, when the parts arrived, got a call from Matt. Appointment was made to replace the part. Upon arrival at our appointment time, the order was already prepared, and I waited in the customer waiting area, where Matt apprised me how much before completion. Work was completed at estimated time period. Excellent customer service. Matt made a follow up phone call to check on the repair and if everything was ok few days after the service. More
