No comparison between BEFORE & AFTER the sale It's amazing how different customers get treated before they buy vs. after they hand over the money. Nothing changed about me, so the only explanation I can offer is they simply don't care about you any longer after you have signed on the dotted line. I have zero expectations that they will ever proactively attempt to resolve my "problems" that THEY created. Days go by with no one returning a call. Promises to get back to me are never kept. Doesn't matter how great the selection is, how good the prices are, how easy and even fun the experience to buy is. What matters is AFTER the sale, and in that department Edmark deserves less than a star rating. The bottom line is that they have repeatedly failed to treat me in the same exact manner in which they would like to be treated if the relationship were reversed. More
