Service was Great! I originally went to Edmark to buy a used car from a salesman that i personally knew to be a man above reproach. I was very happy with the HHR that we I originally went to Edmark to buy a used car from a salesman that i personally knew to be a man above reproach. I was very happy with the HHR that we bought. I was impressed then with the dealership. We then had a problem getting the key out of the ignition and through the internet found out that GM had issued a non safety volunteer recall on this ignition part. I called up Edmark and they immediately made me an appointment to get it replaced at no cost. I took the car down to them and they replaced it quickly and I was on my way. I would comment highly that this is a very friendly and professional dealership and those individuals I dealt with were cordial and knew what they were doing. I am a Ford person, but I would have to say that Edmark ranks very high in the cleanliness and the lounge areas for the customers to wait. They comfortable seating, plenty of reading material and 3 very large screen tv's. They also a wi-fi connection. More
Best Dealership in the country! I've done business with Edmark since 1997. I've been totally satisfied, and have bought numerous vehicles from them. Their staff are consummate professionals, and they treat me like an old friend. recently we had the steering gear replaced for the third time in our 2004 Sierra Duramax. In less than 24 hours a seal failed that had been part of the parts package for the steering gear. It cost $600 to have it towed to a dealership that could fix it. General Motors Corporation regional representative said they would not pay for the towing because it was not their policy. Well, it's been my policy to buy General Motors vehicles for over 50 years, but since GM wouldn't change their policy, I changed mine. We traded in the truck which now has it's fifth steering gear, and bought a new FORD. More

Great service I purchased a used Chevy Volt from this dealer. After 3 weeks, an error message appeared, which prevented us from charging the battery.
