Great Customer Service My Wife and I purchased a new truck and I have to say It is very rare these days to find a retailer that offers any customer service. Edmark is one of My Wife and I purchased a new truck and I have to say It is very rare these days to find a retailer that offers any customer service. Edmark is one of the few remaining places that has great customer service. It started with Bryan who was just the best sales person we've met in a very long time. We were pre approved for a great loan rate but the finance person Mike managed to get us an even better finance rate! While we were waiting the manager Greg came over and talked to us, he then asked us if we had been shown around the dealership and we hadn't so he took us around and introduced my wife and I to TR in the parts department person and the service writers. Needless to say we were impressed. We had some extras added and the sales person noticed a small ding on the passenger side fender everything was taken care of in one day and we received everything that we had ordered. The ding was repaired and it was like new, perfect job. One last thing to mention about the ding in the fender it was the Bryan who noticed the and reported it to the service manager when we saw it and menthioned this to Bryan he said "I've already reported it", where can you get honesty like that? When we brought the truck in to drop it off we entered the service department but needed to be at the parts department the service person took us personally to where we needed to be...what service.
