Happy with Kia side My visit was for a warranty issue had the problem fixed and was very happy with Martin..always a pleasure to deal with..after kia service was finished My visit was for a warranty issue had the problem fixed and was very happy with Martin..always a pleasure to deal with..after kia service was finished my car had to go to Edmark side..which I was so annoyed with the same issue that I've been dealing with for 3+visits..bought the Zurich Shield package for my Kia Optima..paint is suppose to look new for 7 years..which was to good to be true..I had to deal with T.R. in accessories and what a horrible experience. .tried so hard to maintain calm but I had enough..we had words and finally after 2.5 days with out my car..when I did get it back it was shiny. .the windows were still awful due to a acid wash they did to my car..I guess I will have to deal..but will Never buy from Edmark again..to much of a hassel..as for the Zurich Shield don't waste your money most definitely not worth the headaches! More

Our most recent experience was dealing with a recall, oil change, and tire rotation for our 2015 Silverado. The service dept. arranged for a courtesy driver to take me home, and then picked me up when the service was done. As we live about 40 miles away, I thought that was above & beyond, and the driver was wonderful. Would we purchase more vehicles in the future? YES! Would we use their Service Dept? YES! The entire staff, from Sales to Service, have been wonderful to deal with. More

Edmark you did it again! I may have had a few issues with my new 2015 Serria, but those have quickly been taken care of by Edmarks service department.
