no courtesy car for warranty work The dealer told me that they needed my 2014 High Country 1500 6.2 L truck over night to trouble shoot the growling noise in the dash and the whistle i The dealer told me that they needed my 2014 High Country 1500 6.2 L truck over night to trouble shoot the growling noise in the dash and the whistle in my defroster on high fan. I expected the dealer to provide a courtesy car while they kept my truck. What happened after I gave Edmark Chevrolet the keys to my truck was unbelievable. The service person told me to have a seat in the lounge while he called for me a car. 35 minutes later the same employee introduced me to a person from Enterprise rental and explained that my vehicle was ready. This all seemed very odd. The Enterprise rental person asked me to get in the vehicle because we had to then drive to the Enterprise location in Nampa, Idaho. That wasted another 30 minutes in bad traffic. I am now 1 hour late for my next appointment. Once at Enterprise the employee informed me that he would need my credit card for the car rental. I informed him that I was not renting a car, Edmark is supposed to be giving me a courtesy car while they fix my truck under warranty. Enterprise refused to give me a vehicle without charging my credit card for the vehicle. I declined and asked to be returned to the dealership. 30 more minutes in bad traffic to get back to Edmark. I explained to the service department that I was not giving my credit card information to Enterprise or pay for anything that the dealer should pay for. They did not care for my opinion. I will search for a GM dealer that provides courtesy cars in the area. If I cannot find one within a week, I will trade this Chevrolet product for a Ford and never purchase another GM product as long as I live. The service people at this dealership did not even try to ask a manager for help, they just said Enterprise or nothing. Life is to short to put up with this kind of terrible customer service. They clearly only care about the sale and not the customer. More

Kia optima I love Edmarks. This is the 4 or 5th car I have bought from them. On my Kia, they listened to me, test drove to see what the issue was with me. The I love Edmarks. This is the 4 or 5th car I have bought from them. On my Kia, they listened to me, test drove to see what the issue was with me. They had to get Kia factory involved and after trying to diagnose the problem, Kia approved a new Transmission. With Kia's warranty, it was at no cost to me. Edmarks got the part in, fixed it and made sure it was working correctly. They communicated with me each step of the way. Clint and his team are awesome! More

We took over right away and told the service rep about our problem. We were told not to worry and it was just overheated . It happened again last week and this time when we shut the engine off the fans kept running. This time when I called your service department I spoke with, Mike in service. He was vey concerned and ask if I could brink the Buick right over, which I did. Mike had a mechanic ride in the vehicle and the problem was still there. Our vehicle was kept overnight and a new water pump was installed. Our service was outstanding!!!! Thanks More
horrible experience I just recently went to edmark to trade in the hunmer h2 that I purchased from them last year on a gmc pickup. I purchased the h2 from them for $26,00 I just recently went to edmark to trade in the hunmer h2 that I purchased from them last year on a gmc pickup. I purchased the h2 from them for $26,000 and it had 79,000 miles on it at the time of purchase. I have only put just over 10,000 miles on it since I bought it and have had the oil changed 3 times, replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, air filter, etc. I have kept up with the maintenance. The vehicle has not been driven hard at all. Within the year of owning the vehicle I've had to replace the transmission and oil pump. Today Edmark offered me only $12,000 for my hummer h2! That's half of what I paid them a year ago and 10,000 miles later. I'm shocked!!!! They also told me that the air suspension was shot and it would cost $4,000 to fix it! I drove it back home and fixed the small leak in my driveway in under 3 minutes and it cost me nothing! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Although I feel that the dealership either ripped me off on the original purchase of the vehicle or tried to rip me off on my trade in, Ronald Bovee was extremely kind and tried to help me as much as he could. I would purchase a vehicle from Bovee but not from Edmark. More
