Unlike my previous experience at another service provider, where I had to make multiple calls and chase updates, the team at Kendall Service kept me informed every step of the way. The level of service was truly top-notch, and I felt valued as a customer from start to finish. Even though there is a service provider just 10 minutes away, the professionalism, transparency, and overall quality of service at Kendall made it absolutely worth the extra drive. Kendall went above and beyond, providing a best-in-class experience at an excellent value. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely be returning for any future service needs. Highly recommend! More

I came for oil change very early. Nathan, graciously start the paper work and said sit till it is done. I asked how long does it take. We where traveling from Missouri to Idaho when our car had a trouble. We where 2 hours from Nampa. I called Kendall Auto Mall and talked to Nate Sanchez in the service department. I told Nate we where tra had a trouble. We where 2 hours from Nampa. I called Kendall Auto Mall and talked to Nate Sanchez in the service department. I told Nate we where traveling from Missouri and our car has a problem. I also told Nate we needed to leave in 2 days for Missouri. Nate said bring it the car by and leave it at Kendall's so they can check it out. Later that day Nate called and said the throttle body was bad and they can order the part and install next day. I want to thank Kendall and Nate Sanchez for helping us in a short notice. Finally a dealership that puts people first. More

Loved Fernando in service. would give him a 9 out of 10. A bit inconvenient that no one else in service is able to help though. seems like if a person/customer is not assigned would give him a 9 out of 10. This review is for the service center. The Service center for GMC is not good. They've had my truck for almost 2 weeks now for a warranty issue and still not complete. Next week is Christm The Service center for GMC is not good. They've had my truck for almost 2 weeks now for a warranty issue and still not complete. Next week is Christmas so I'm not expecting they'll get it done before and I won't have it for another week. Plus, it took 2 weeks for them to get it in so I've not been able to drive my truck, bought new at Kendall, for a month now. Poor communication. Poor customer service. They say the "tech was sick" so I have to assume they only have one tech. Go elsewhere if you can. I've bought several cars there and I'm unlikely to buy another from them because of this. More
