This review is for the service center. The Service center for GMC is not good. They've had my truck for almost 2 weeks now for a warranty issue and still not complete. Next week is Christm The Service center for GMC is not good. They've had my truck for almost 2 weeks now for a warranty issue and still not complete. Next week is Christmas so I'm not expecting they'll get it done before and I won't have it for another week. Plus, it took 2 weeks for them to get it in so I've not been able to drive my truck, bought new at Kendall, for a month now. Poor communication. Poor customer service. They say the "tech was sick" so I have to assume they only have one tech. Go elsewhere if you can. I've bought several cars there and I'm unlikely to buy another from them because of this. More

Spencer spent as much time as I needed to connect to and navigate through all the technology in my new truck from OnStar to my phone to the touch screens. The truck was cleaned and looked amazing when I left the dealership! The full tank of fuel and DEF was a nice surprise....I was able to drive 9 hrs straight 550 miles home the next morning and still had 60 miles of range to go! Absolutely LOVE my truck!
