Went to buy a used vehicle. First when we asked about negotiating price we was told the price they don't do that. When it came to financing they only checked with their normal company they use all the time. Luckily the percent was ok but they added a $3000 warranty. Long time customer. Tied to schedule oil change. They now use a call service. It was a nightmare. When I call I prefer to speak with Jessie in service, not a call center that did not even know Ken Vance has use a call service. It was a nightmare.
