PROS : Kind, patient, funny, always had a genuine smile going on, polite, not pushy at all, relaxed, Ben had this calmness to him that transferred onto me, Ben isn't your typical stereo-type salesman that we think of and dread, answered our questions or found the answer for us, very detailed about the car we were looking at.
