To my pleasant surprise, Tommy Terre I dropped by the Service Department without an appointment with a "just out of warranty" issue with my 3013 Edge. To my pleasant surprise, Tommy Terrell immediately diagnosed the problem and had a technician replace the part within just a couple hours. Further, he was able to cover the cost of the repair under the dealership's customer satisfaction program. He asked me what would make me happy, I told him, and he made it happen.
