No use having a warrenty if you can’t get it fixed. At least if you take your vehicle to San Antonio a 8:00 appointment means just that. A lot if huff and puff about service they can’t even spell the word. Our Ford Escape was totaled by a big buck one really foggy morning near Christmas. To our great surprise Brian Hardy came over, asked if we needed help, and left us alone until we were ready to ask him questions! We looked around the whole lot unbothered. When WE were ready to see some vehicles and ask questions he was most helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure and quick rush to get us inside the dealership for the sales pitch. We really liked a Chevy Equinox and wanted to think about it over night. He said great, just let me know if you need anything. Well we did come back the next morning, made an offer, and left with the vehicle that afternoon! Juan Rodriguez in finance was super too. Never in our lifetimes has purchasing a vehicle been so STRESS FREE with a great price to boot. We will recommend Ken Stoepel and Brian Hardy to one and all. Driving the car is a pleasure, especially knowing how great the whole experience was.
