We decided to purchase locally rather than traveling to the "big city". It was a good decision for us. We found a certified pre-owned 2014 Escape on Stoepel's web site and went to take a look. Logan Landen greeted us out in the lot with a friendly attitude. He knew the vehicle we were interested in and brought it out for us to see. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and patiently answered all our questions. We decided to buy after a short period of discussion about why a Titanium trim level would not come with navigation, but we got through it with terms acceptable to both parties. On delivery of our car after the navigation was installed and some other items tended to Logan did a great job bringing us up to date on all the features and technology of this car. Juan was very friendly and knowledgable with the finance and warranties. Over all our experience was very satisfactory and we will not hesitate to recommend Ken Stoepel Ford to any one. More

Ben and his team were extraordinarily adaptive to my needs and met or exceeded my requirements. Which, I can honestly say is no easy feat as I am a demanding customer, with high expectations. Accountability and keeping ones word is the most important thing to me and I am happy to say that Ben and the staff at Stoepel Ford are honorable people that really care about their customers. I had a complicated purchase request involving a new Raptor, in which I really did not know where to start or what I wanted. Such as, F150, raptor, F250. I was also unsure if I should buy or lease. Ben was very patient and took the extra time to answer all of my questions in order to help me decide what options were best for me. Further, I can confirm that I received the highest value for my trade-in from ANY other Ford dealership anywhere near San Antonio. Overall, I KNOW I got the very best deal from the very best people that I have ever met at any Ford dealership that I have been to. We looked at new replacements, but they were priced above what we wanted to spend. Alfred kept looking at what was available and found a 2013 Explorer that was certified. It was just within our budget. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed. He went to management and got approval to have these repairs done at dealer expense. So far we have been very pleased with this car and the service we received. Alfred was very prompt in getting answers to our questions and was very diligent in getting answers we needed. Impeccable customer service! We were just passing through Kerrville TX with our fifth wheel from Nazareth PA on our way to Mesa AZ. My check engine light came on for a reoccurring intermittent issue. I tried to get it looked at by a dealer in Texarkana TX but was dealt an attitude. I cleared the code myself and on our stop in Kerrville the light came on again. I called Ken Stoepel Ford to see if I could bring the truck in before we continued on today and Kevin Ortiz picked up the phone. He didn't promise he could get the truck done today, but did say they would be able to look at it. We were elated when he called at 4 PM, roughly six hours after the drop off, to say it was done and that Lou the shuttle driver would be at the campground to pick me up in 10 minutes. I wasn't expecting much after the dealer encounter in Texarkana, but Kevin went way above and beyond, and couldn't have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Lou was beyond friendly and seems to really enjoy his job and made all of us in the shuttle feel welcome. 1800 miles from home with a tow vehicle issue and Kevin, Lou, and the rest of the Stoepel crew got us back on the road in less than a day. It's a little too far to go for us for an oil change every 5000 miles, but when in the area again, these guys get our business! Way above and beyond!!!! More
