replaced recently purchased 2013 explorer after purchasing a 2013 explorer ( certified) we experienced exhaust inside the car. Ford claims there is no problem. we researched this problem and after purchasing a 2013 explorer ( certified) we experienced exhaust inside the car. Ford claims there is no problem. we researched this problem and found that ford has had a large number of complaints of exhaust in the passenger compartment. there has been no recall. since they (ford) will not fix the problem, we traded the 2013 explorer back in after only 2 months and purchased a new 2017 edge. we are happy with the new car, but, are disappointed with ford. we have been ford users for many years and this is the first time we have had such a serious problem that ford can't or won't fix. More

SECOND TO NONE!!!! I can't elaborate enough on how professional,friendly and fast service this place is. Buying a new ride to me is such a pain in the back side. Im a salesman my self in a different field so I understand how this works for the most part. So when I go to buy something I don't want to be there all day and go back and forth on pricing! I don't do that to my customers and when they ask me for a price I don't ask them what kind of payment they are looking for or for there SS number. I just put my bottom line out there and my customer service out there for them and that's it. But most and yes I say most I have talked to a lot of them over last few weeks and they all have asked the above before ever trying to get me a price! Well not stoepelford!! I called and was put in to contact with Mr. Michael Hebert and boy did he ever earn my business. I explained what he had I wanted and that I needed best available pricing and guess what with in 20 minutes I had what I asked for! It was amazing and guess what!? It was a done deal in just a few hours and My new ride will be in my drive way in the morning Delivered to my front door! What an experience is all I can say. If your reading this and looking for a new or used vehicle stop reading now and call them you will not regret it and you will not be disappointed. I will be a customer for life.
