Salesman Logan Landen approached and provided all the details and service history, including a CarFax report that confirmed the vehicle's excellent condition. Further, Logan was very courteous and knowledgeable without trying to press for an instant decision. Explaining that I was from out-of-town (Houston), wasn't even driving the vehicle I would trade in, and wasn't prepared to consider a transaction that day, I left with a lot to think about. Later that evening, I returned -- this time with my wife along -- and she clinched the decision: sold! Bottom line: Logan, Juan Rodriguez and everyone else at Ken Stoepel made our experience very pleasant. Despite the logistical challenges and details in arranging long-distance vehicle transfers, it all went smoothly, thanks to attentive, professional treatment and good customer service. Have already recommended Logan and the Ken Stoepel dealership to neighbors here in Houston, who may want to consider the drive to Kerrville well worth it. We certainly did. More

Good deals, good care My husband and I went to look for a Focus hatchback. We met Alfred Hernandez who showed us several Focus hatchbacks. There was one we liked. He offered us a great price and then he asked us if we had a trade-in. We said yes, but we did not expect to receive much for our trade. He actually gave us about $2,000 more than what we thought we could get just selling the truck ourselves. However, we wanted to keep the truck for the weekend so that we could get our tailgate that was stored in San Antonio. They had a buyer who was interested in our type of truck. So, Ken Stoepel loaned us a truck to get our tailgate from San Antonio since the tailgate would not fit in the Focus. We even went back a few days later to ask about some of the electronics on the Focus. Mr. Hernandez was more than willing to help us. We cannot say enough good things about how well we were treated.
