Salesman Logan Landen approached and provided all the details and service history, including a CarFax report that confirmed the vehicle's excellent condition. Further, Logan was very courteous and knowledgeable without trying to press for an instant decision. Explaining that I was from out-of-town (Houston), wasn't even driving the vehicle I would trade in, and wasn't prepared to consider a transaction that day, I left with a lot to think about. Later that evening, I returned -- this time with my wife along -- and she clinched the decision: sold! Bottom line: Logan, Juan Rodriguez and everyone else at Ken Stoepel made our experience very pleasant. Despite the logistical challenges and details in arranging long-distance vehicle transfers, it all went smoothly, thanks to attentive, professional treatment and good customer service.
